Gada's intention was to rebrand DCSEL in a way that reinforces its dedication to excellence, efficiency, and innovation. By updating its identity while preserving its solid reputation, we set out to develop a brand that is both futuristic and rooted in its values.

The color selection for the SCL brand is inspired by Nigeria's rich natural landscapes and agricultural roots, thoughtfully aligned with the company's core values of sustainability and regeneration. This ensures a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints, reinforcing SCL's commitment to environmentally conscious, nature-driven farming.

The product concept for SCL stems from the idea of reconnecting people with the land and encouraging active participation in restoring the environment. By involving communities in sustainable farming practices, they become stewards of the earth. This philosophy inspired the use of natural, organic elements in the logo design, reflecting care, responsibility, and a deep rooted connection to nature.

The goal was to build a brand identity that is rooted in nature, innovation, and community simple yet powerful, natural yet modern. The identity needed to reflect SCL’s regenerative philosophy and its bold ambition to lead Africa's agricultural transformation, setting a new standard for agro-allied brands in Nigeria.

SCL isn’t just an agro-allied company; it’s a movement to revive the soul of agriculture. Through practices like planned grazing, natural farming, and soil conservation, SCL invites farmers and communities to participate in healing the earth while producing healthier food. The brand tells a story of rebirth: of food grown naturally, of land renewed season after season, and of people finding power in the soil beneath their feet.
